Day 1 Fairbanks

Today on your arrival you transfer to your hotel for two nights in the “Golden Heart City of Alaska”

Day 2 Travel over the Arctic Circle

This afternoon you tour will fly over the Arctic Circle and then tour in the personalized comfort of small coaches. View the remarkable Trans Alaska Pipeline. Visit the Arctic Circle Trading Post situated in the rural community of Joy, Alaska. Experience the mighty Yukon River. Marvel at the majestic beauty of the northland’s most famous waterway and learn of the river’s storied past. Explore up close the amazing arctic tundra and feel the veins of ice just beneath the surface. Cross the Arctic Circle in ceremonious fashion and receive an official Arctic Circle Adventure® Certificate.

Day 3 Fairbank to Denali by Luxury Dome Rail

This morning you transfer to Rail Station for your luxury dome rail trip to Denali National Park. Relax and enjoy the scenery, easy to view through the expansive dome windows. Your conductor will keep you posted on points of interest along the way. A no-host, full-service restaurant is available on the lower level and coffee, tea and a no-host bar are available in the dome area for your enjoyment.

On arrival at Denali you will depart on a tour that will take you the full 95 miles through the park to the wilderness retreat for your stay. On your tour through the park, you may spot wildlife that roams freely–grizzly bears, caribou, Dall sheep, moose, wolves and fox. On a clear day you will have outstanding views of Mt McKinley and the Alaska Range.

Your all-inclusive stay provides meals, and a variety of interpretive activities, hiking opportunities, naturalist programs and the chance to observe wildlife in their natural habitat and experience the breathtaking scenery of Denali Park — up close and personal.

Day 4 Denali National Exploration

The day is yours to enjoy guided hikes, evening slide shows and other excursions that are provided. A “to go” lunch is available if you plan to be away from the lodge all day. (Breakfast. Lunch and Dinner included)

Day 5 Tour to Denali Park Rail Station and Luxury Dome Rail to Anchorage

This morning after breakfast, you depart for your journey back through the Park. You will have another opportunity to view wildlife and, weather permitting, Mt. McKinley. As you get to the Rail Station you will take the train to Anchorage. (Breakfast included)

Upon arrival in Anchorage you will transfer to your hotel for your overnight stay.

Today your journey ends with a transfer to the Anchorage airport.
